SmartBe Data Deletion
SmartBe by HowBe allows users to request deletion of their personal and health data stored in our systems.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of some or all of your data, please email our support team at smartbe.customer@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your registered email address.
- The subject line: "Request for Data Deletion".
- Specify whether you want complete account deletion or partial deletion (e.g., health logs only, or uploaded files only).
What Data Is Deleted
Upon a complete deletion request, we permanently remove:
- User profile information (email, name).
- All health logs and associated notes.
- Uploaded images and documents.
- AI interaction history.
Data We May Retain
We may retain a limited set of anonymized data required for legal compliance, security, or to prevent fraud. This data will not be personally identifiable.
Timeline
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt.
