By using the Tip+ application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Use of the Service
Tip+ is provided to help restaurant owners and managers distribute tips fairly. You are responsible for ensuring that all data entered, including employee details and tip amounts, is accurate and complies with local labor laws and tax regulations. HowBe is not responsible for legal or financial discrepancies arising from your use of Tip+.
3. Accounts and Security
You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the data you input into Tip+. By using the service, you grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Tip+ functionality to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
HowBe provides Tip+ on an "as is" basis. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including any errors in tip calculations or distributions.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Tip+ after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
