1. Agreement to Terms

By using any Tip+ product — the Hotel Tip Collection iOS app, the Restaurant Tip Manager iOS app, or the tipplus.org web dashboard — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the products.

2. Use of the Service

Tip+ is a hospitality tip management platform. The Restaurant Tip Manager helps operators pool and distribute tips fairly. The Hotel Tip Collection app enables guests to leave cashless tips directly to individual staff members. tipplus.org gives owners a dashboard to oversee earnings, staff, and payouts across their properties.

You are responsible for ensuring that all data entered — including employee details, tip amounts, and payout information — is accurate and complies with local labor laws, tax regulations, and payment industry requirements. HowBe is not responsible for legal or financial discrepancies arising from your use of Tip+.

3. Accounts and Security

You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you input into Tip+. By using the service, you grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Tip+ functionality to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

HowBe provides Tip+ on an "as is" basis. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including any errors in tip calculations or distributions.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Tip+ after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
