WhoBe Data Deletion

WhoBe by HowBe lets you request deletion of any or all personal data stored in your Google Sheets workspace.

You control your data: all contact and activity data lives in your own Google Sheet, not on HowBe servers. You can delete any row, tab, or the entire Sheet directly in Google Drive at any time, and that removes the data from WhoBe.

How to Request Data Deletion

Email our support team at whobe.customer@gmail.com and include:

• Your registered email address.
• The subject line: "Request data deletion".
• Whether you want complete account deletion or partial deletion (profile data only, or Google Sheets contact data only).

What Data Is Deleted

Upon request, we permanently delete:

• User profile information (email, name).
• Contact data, tags, and relationship history stored in Google Sheets.
• Google Sheets data generated by WhoBe (network notes, resource listings, enrichment details).
• Referral and resource notes (work, investment, partnership history).
• Network organization data and AI interaction history.

Note: Because your data lives in your Google Sheets, you may also need to delete duplicates or backups stored in your personal Drive.

Data We May Retain

We retain only what is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes. This retained information is minimized and not used for any other purpose.

Timeline

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. Encrypted backups may retain data for up to 90 days before final removal.
