Quick guidance on setting up your Google-based contact manager, finding the right people fast, and keeping every sheet secure.

Starter Guide

Set up WhoBe in minutes.

Sign in with Google, let WhoBe create the sheet workspace, and import contacts from Google Contacts or CSV files. Use tags (referral, investor, mentor) so searches stay organized.

  • Getting Started

    Allow access to Google Sheets so WhoBe can store everything in My Drive > WhoBe. Use the in-app import wizard, then keep the sheet structure intact for smooth syncing.

  • Finding People & Resources

    Filter by tags, skills, location, or availability to surface referrals and opportunities. Save frequent searches to jump back to them quickly.

  • Security & Privacy

    Your data lives in your own Google Drive. Limit sharing to trusted collaborators, enable two-factor authentication, and review Drive history regularly. Need to remove data? Visit the WhoBe Data Deletion page.

  • Common Questions

    Update contact info: edit directly in Google Sheets or inside WhoBe.
    Missing new contacts? click “Sync Now”.
    Share a subset? create filtered tabs and use Google’s share controls.

Account Deletion

Request data removal.

Follow the steps below if you want to delete your WhoBe account and all associated contact data stored in Google Sheets.

How to request deletion

Email whobe.customer@gmail.com with the subject “Request data deletion”. Include the email tied to your WhoBe account and specify whether you want:

  • Complete account deletion
  • Profile information only
  • Contact data and Google Sheets information only

Confirm your request when support replies. Processing takes up to 30 days.

Data deleted

We permanently delete:

  • User profile information (email, name)
  • Contact data, tags, and relationships stored in Google Sheets
  • Referral/resource info (work, investment, partnership notes)
  • Network organization data and AI interaction history

Note: You may need to manually delete copies that live in your personal Google Sheets or Drive backups.

Retention & confirmations

Requests are processed within 30 days. Backups may retain encrypted copies for up to 90 days for disaster recovery. We only keep data required for fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Once deletion is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you have questions during the process, reply to the same thread for status updates.
